Nivedita is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has completed her LL.B from ILS Law College, Pune and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Princeton University’s School of Public & International Affairs. Nandini Narayanaswamy CO-FOUNDER Nandini holds a B.A.,LL.B (Hons) from NALSAR, Hyderabad and is part of the core team at Pacta. She is in charge of the contracting, general compliance & labour initiatives at Pacta. Nandini, spent a few good years at leading law firms in Bangalore, before she joined Pacta.
