Pacta and Civis are hosting an online consultation on the Draft RPwD (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
The draft Rules propose changes that may shape how accessibility obligations are understood and implemented, making it important that the final framework reflects the lived experiences of persons with disabilities, particularly in digital spaces.
The consultation will include a brief overview of the key provisions of the draft Rules, followed by a discussion where participants can share their experiences, concerns and recommendations.
