The study brings together perspectives across civil society, philanthropy, and research to understand patterns in public and private funding, the constraints faced by non-profits, and the structural factors that influence how funding is accessed and deployed.
It situates these dynamics within a broader framing of a low-investment equilibrium, where limited public prioritisation, low philanthropic allocation, and organisational constraints reinforce each other over time.
Alongside the report, we are convening stakeholders to engage with these questions and reflect on how they play out in practice.
