Text on white: use Teal 600 or darker, Chitta 600 or darker, Coral 600 or darker, and Neutral 500 or darker. Anything lighter fails.
Yellow is never text on light backgrounds. Only Yellow 700 and darker passes, and it looks muddy. Use yellow as a fill with ink text, or as text on a dark band.
Muted text: Neutral 500 passes on white (4.93) but is borderline on #F5F6F7 (4.56). Use Neutral 600 for small muted text on grey sections.
